Harbor House’s Prevention Program is designed to equip young people—and the adults who guide them—with the skills and knowledge to build safe, respectful relationships at every stage of development.

From our Little Spot of Emotions Workshops for ages 0–8, to our Launch Program for youth 8 and up, to our Educator Support initiatives for adults working with youth, each part of our Prevention Program fosters emotional awareness, healthy boundaries, and a culture of respect.

Through engaging workshops, school-based presentations, and collaborative partnerships with educators and community organizations, we help youth:

  • Recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors
  • Develop emotional regulation and conflict resolution skills
  • Understand consent, boundaries, and personal safety
  • Know how to seek help for themselves or a friend

By investing early and consistently, we’re helping to break the cycle of violence and strengthen the foundation for healthier communities.
